Wanna Trade

I think fair trade is good, free trade is, well, not so good for the United States.

The dollar is at an all-time low value, wait isn't a dollar still worth, yes, you guessed it a dollar. The reason the United Stated doesn't mind the "weak dollar" is it will allow OTHER countries to buy MORE stuff from us with THEIR money (this is supposed to help with our trade im-balance) and put us all on an even playing field.

I dare you to try and purchase any product from food to hardware that is NOT made in China. I went to buy some outdoor lights for my house, guess where they were made? China.

I spent 10 months working for Target, when I would go into the back room (where all the products are stored before they are put on the shelves of the store) almost all of the boxes are marked from China!

I'd say 90% of the stuff you buy from Target or Wal-Mart is made in China.

Do you think 90% of stuff for sale in stores in China was made in the United States?

I don't think so.

I'd say that is a trade imbalance.
