We went on vacation three weeks ago to Whistler, BC and in the summer they turn the mountain into this huge bike riding thing. Just like your video. There is a name for it but I'm too old to know what it is. Dangerous might be it. lol
Whistler is like Mecca to a Mt. Biker, I'm 46 now so I hope I can still ride if and when I ever get a chance to go there and ride.
